• Additional guests surcharge: All above rates are based on a 2 person per bedroom standard. Add $20 per person/per night for additional guests.

• Special season surcharge: - Add a 15% increase in rates for the Christmas-New Years season and Tucson GEM Show that runs from January 25th to February 15th.

* Reservations normally require a minimum weekly stay during high season with a 4 day minimum during low season.

Reservation Deposit-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations. Balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. In the case of an emergency cancellation, Alma Del Sol will refund the full amount providing another party rents the time slot. Travel insurance is widely available and recommended if one wants to provide additional assurances, since short notice reservations are not common with vacation rentals.

Please plan on the below schedule as we need time to clean and prepare the rentals for parties that are often arriving the same day.

Damage and Cleaning Deposits: A $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ne paid in final payment and refunded after departure and home inspection, usually in the same day. A cleaning charge of $100 (waived if booked during the first week of inquiry)is subtracted from this damage deposit for minimum cleaning ( If the renting party cleans the house and leaves it in the same condition as found with the exception of the last nights linens and towels). If the house needs major cleaning an additional $150 will be with held from the damage deposit for a total of $250. Care of Casa Del Sol is important for the upkeep of the home and for getting it ready for the next renters who may be coming a few hours after you depart, so all parties are expected to leave the home in good condition. Parties over 14 persons will be required to post an additional $400 refundable damage deposit. Moreover, parties will be responsible for damages above that amount in the event of accidents or other such incidents that cause damage exceeding the damage deposit.

Pets- require an additional $250 damage deposit. The total being refundable should there be no evidence of the pets stay upon departure, this is meant to include cleaning animal hair, etc. from the residence.

No Smoking is permitted except on outside decks, etc. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will be cause for forfeiture of the damage deposit.

Special events- such as weddings, etc, with small to medium groups of people require permission from Alma Del Sol. A surcharge for the activity will be required depending on the size and nature of the event. In addition, a refundable $1,000 security/damage deposit will be required. All extra provisions for such an event must be provided by the renting party.
