Occupancy and Special Season Surcharges

• Occupancy surcharge: All above rates are based on a 2 person per bedroom standard occupancy. Add $20 per person/per night for additional guests with the exception of infants/children under age 5.
• Special Season Surcharge: - Add a 15% increase in rates for the Christmas-New Years season and Tucson GEM Show that runs from January 25th to February 15th.

Reservation Requirements

Reservations normally require a minimum weekly stay with a 4 day minimum during off season.

* Non-reserved rentals are available on a two day minimum basis.

* Reservations: require the above minimum stays at the daily or weekly rate.

* Arizona Transience tax of 7.5% applies for stays less then 30 days.

Reservation Deposit-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations. Balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. In the case of an emergency cancellation, Alma Del Sol will refund the full amount providing another party rents the time slot. Travel insurance is widely available if one wants to provide additional assurances.

Please plan on the below schedule as we need time to clean and prepare the rentals for parties that are often arriving the same day.

Cleaning deposit: Standard occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom, or smaller parties, are not charged a deposit but are expected to leave the facilities in the same condition they found them, except of course for the last night's linens and towels. However, a cleaning deposit of $150 will be required of large parties over the standard occupancy. This will help us get the rental ready for the next party who often arrive on the same day of your departure. Alma Del Sol greatly appreciates your cooperation for the benefit of all our clients. Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required for groups of 10 or less and $500 for groups of 10 persons or more. In addition, parties will be responsible for damages above that amount in the event of accidents or other such incidents that cause damage above the deposit amount.

Pets- require an additional $150 deposit with $100 being refundable, the remainder being used for added cleaning expenses. All pet stays require permission from management.

No Smoking is permitted except on outside decks, etc.

Special events- such as weddings, etc, with small to medium groups of people require permission from Alma Del Sol. A surcharge for the activity will be required depending on the size and nature of the event. In addition, a refundable $1,000 security/damage deposit will be required. All extra provisions for such an event must be provided by the renting party.
